We chose this funeral home based on a family recommendation and I would recommend it to anyone. My mother was on hospice when we planned her funeral and I found the staff very helpful, compassionate, and appreciate that they simplified the process for us. I used their website first to get more information, it was very straightforward and helped us to understand a bit more of the process and where to start before even speaking to someone. The services themselves went smoothly, the communications were clear and everything was completed respectfully and how my mom wanted it. She passed away out of town and they handled the logistics and transport professionally, and we felt very cared for throughout the process. We worked with Maria Rincon at the northeast location on Hondo Pass. The facility is nice, everything was set up correctly and no tech issues, the chapel was lovely, there is easy parking and they respected all our wishes. In summary they were kind and professional from the beginning to the very end.
